5. Messaging Communications (SMS & WhatsApp)

By using the Wash Flow platform, you may have the option to send or receive SMS or WhatsApp messages related to the Service.

Transactional Messages

Transactional messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Password reset codes
  • Billing and subscription notices
  • Order confirmations and status updates
  • Pickup and delivery notifications
  • Customer service communications

Marketing Messages (Optional)

Marketing messages may include promotions, service reminders, or product or feature announcements. Marketing messages are optional and are sent only when you have provided separate, explicit consent.
