How SMS Messaging Works

Wash Flow LLC ("Wash Flow") uses SMS messaging to send service-related communications to users of the Wash Flow platform and, where applicable, to customers of businesses that use the platform.

These messages may include account notifications, security alerts, billing notices, order updates, pickup or delivery notifications, and customer service communications.

How Users Opt In (Call to Action)

Providing a mobile phone number may be required for service fulfillment, including order identification and pickup or delivery coordination. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS or marketing messages.

Users provide consent to receive SMS messages only by selecting an unchecked consent checkbox and submitting the form.

  1. Selecting an unchecked checkbox labeled “SMS Notifications (Transactional)” to receive service-related messages such as order updates, pickup notifications, delivery reminders, and payment confirmations; and
  2. Submitting the form to save their preferences.

Consent to receive marketing messages requires a separate, unchecked checkbox labeled “Marketing Messages (Optional)” and is not required to create an account, place an order, or receive laundry services.

Example Opt-In Form (Account Registration)

Below is an example of the opt-in form shown to users during account registration or when adding a customer. Consent checkboxes are unchecked by default and marketing consent is optional.

Message Types

Transactional Messages

Transactional SMS messages may include:

  • Password reset codes and account security alerts
  • Billing notifications and subscription updates
  • Order confirmations and status updates
  • Pickup and delivery notifications
  • Customer service communications

Marketing Messages (Optional)

Marketing SMS messages may include:

  • Service reminders
  • Promotions or discounts
  • Product or feature announcements

Marketing messages are sent only when a user has provided separate, explicit consent.

Opt-Out & Help

  • Message frequency may vary
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
  • Users may request assistance by replying HELP

Opt-out requests are honored immediately.

Consent Is Not Required

Consent to receive SMS or marketing messages is not a condition of using the Wash Flow platform or placing an order with a business using Wash Flow.
